Primarily engaging in the operation of a full service staffing agency, Access also specializes in flagging services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Flagging Services
All projects from the simplest maintenance job to a multi-million dollar reconstruction project require traffic control expertise to make the project as safe as possible for the motorists and workers. Access Flaggers and Traffic Control Supervisors are trained in the latest standards, practices and procedures to accomplish this goal. Mandatory coursework using MUTCD guidelines instructs our flaggers on the execution of their daily responsibilities, an understanding of their duty to protect project workers, road users and how to provide safe, courteous, and authoritative direction through all work zones.
Experience & Qualifications
Key members of the Access management team have years of experience in the construction industry, including the provision of flagging services for such clients as Verizon, PECO Energy, PP&L, CT&T, and Comcast. Our portfolio has included regularly scheduled flagging teams to support routine utility maintenance operations, as well the mobilization of 50 flaggers to support a major digital cable rebuild.
Our Flagging Services Executive Coordinator, Lance Breidor, has more than 25 years in senior level management of commercial services, and personally oversees the pre-qualification and training of all flagging personnel. He conducts routine job site performance audits and works with our customers to ensure their needs are consistently met.
